zestfiveThe connection is horrible, I'm trying to get it to come in better but it doesn't. I had to resort back to my ole dial up. Thankfully I didn't disconnect yet. I'm not sure how to get the darn thing resolved as I'm not home during normal office hours when tech support is available.
