Mar. 7th, 2005 11:36 amOkay, dark mood has passed. I should be good for a few more months...although with the job search..things could be up and down.
Yesterday was absolutely beautiful. I went for a walk 2-3 miles. I was still a little out of sorts but the change of scenary was great.
Finished reading "Icy Sparks" very interesting but the ending was weird, inmho. I also baked an apple pie, made dinner for the boy, kept the kitchen clean and watched a couple of hours of the L word (catching up current for this week) with J. That show can be predictiable and most of the time I don't like what those stupid women do but you got to admit that some of the scenes are hot.
Interesting thing...I was showing J some of my coffee table art books, I've got one "Women before 10am" which has both Marina and Jenny from the L word in it. Then we saw that woman that Jenny just broke up with on that movie about the women baseball players (you know the one...with Madonna and Rosie O'Donnel in).
The other thing I want to mostly document is a great message I got on my voicemail on Friday am. I mostly didn't listen to it cause I knew that I couldn't hear it. It was from a dear friend S, she's such a sweetie. Here it is for archival purposes:
"I was just calling Zest to tell her that she is fabulous and greatly appreciated and brilliant and cute as can be and this is something that, that… she should know today and I think she knows it anyways but yeah…it is, it is reinforcement and it is all good and so I hope you are having a fabulous day and I hope I will get to talk to you soon."
