Sep. 13th, 2003 06:07 pmI'm sitting here avoiding homework. I should get the reading done but I'm going to focus on what is graded on. I can always fake participation in class and pretend I did the reading. I am only cheating myself but you do what you got to do right ? I learn quickly I can catch on to the general idea.
Last night I did see, Girlyman. They were very good and especially good live. I did buy the CD but realize the live version is much better. Perhaps it was the charisma of Tammy who appears to be staring at you(I'm sure lots of people in the audience want her to be looking at them). Nate is hilarious in his dancing and facial expressions, very adorable. I wish that I could have heard Doris sing more, sounds like she was holding back. I went with a bunch of other people and it was all good.
Tonight is another party but I had my haircut and need to take a shower before I go, I'd like to take a nap and work on something that resembles homework. I guess I'm leaving my laundry for tomorrow.
