zestfiveP left for her Dr appointment today, she's going back half days starting June 5th. I know that she's happy about that. She also has to have ANOTHER round of antibiotics because the Dr. says that she's still got some fluid up there.
I rode my bike into town, 8 miles round trip, to return some DVDs and pick some more up so that I can watch them while I'm doing laundry. I can tell how out of shape that I am, I did the same ride last year and it wasn't too bad, I think I'm going to be in pain later.
The boy is being a HUGE pain in the butt. He's got 2 days left of school and has a report on Russia that is late. He's playing this power game about how I should trust him to get it done despite the fact that he's only playing video games when ever I walk by.
I really want to go to sleep but I've got to get SOME laundry done. I'm going to also have to take the ethernet cables from the computers so the boy doesn't try to go online.

Date: 2006-06-01 01:05 am (UTC)I've decided that I'm going to ride the boy once school is out to get the basement room (where his computer is) clean and his bedroom(including the closet)and as long as he can maintain the basement room, I'll be fine. I will get all the laundry washed but he'll be doing his from now on.
I do totally agree with your comments, I can't believe how some kids aren't even able to do simple things but I hope I'm not setting my boy up for the same.

Date: 2006-06-01 05:34 am (UTC)Every once in a while he can pitch in to do the laundry. LOL Especially if you are hurting. *hugs* I was not saying that he should do all his laundry. It is just a good thing to know how to do. And everyone once in awhile do it if you are busy or hurting. I am more concerned with you and your well being than with a boy that I do not know at all. LOL
Some parents just do not get that!
