I'm feeling restless....almost slightly self destructive. I hate this feeling...anyone have suggestions on how to deal with it?

You need to get grounded.
Find a quiet spot and take several deep breaths, try to clear your mind..send roots from your feet down into the earth and pull from the earth's energy.
Meditate on times you feel the most peaceful.

Nice, I did this once a couple of years ago, envisioned lying on the rocks in the boundry waters canoe area after the sun went down(rocks were still warm)looking up at the stars. Beautiful!

Hmmm, well I'm the kween of wallowing, so I haven't got any good advice but what people have told me, ride it out...

Hey, you have a camera now, right? Take some pictures. My thing lately has been taking close up pictures of stuff (my eye, a plant). I'm lousy at it so it take a long time to get a decent shot. Good time waster!

Yeah, sometimes I wallow in it for a few days but at this point, I haven't had time to do that. I'm afraid that once I have the time, I won't want to do it! Yikes !

I've got to find the charger for my batteries for my camera...then I'll take some pictures!

Hmm... I don't know how to Yoga and I'm such a darn perfectionist, I think it might be more stressful learning it. Thanks for the idea though. :::writing it down on my list of things I'd like to learn "someday":::
