zestfiveYesterday the weather was so much nicer, it made me want to keep driving as I went to work. I just wanted to be free and to go on a road trip.
Instead I get to take the boy to the Orthodontist and back to school before I go start my new job. I'm looking forward to working in this weird freaky library that has half floors! The people seem really nice. Two others have my same first name!
Sunday is mother's day, my mother will be up north...that's okay, I don't mind missing her. I told my son that I really wanted to spend the day with him and go shopping for his B-day present and get a few things for me. I so rarely go shopping in a regular store but I've got of few things that I'd like to buy. Let's see if I can break down and actually do it. It's hard when my normal inclination is not to buy anything unless I have the money and I really need it. I'm forcing myself to say that I deserve it, cause I do and so much more but right now I'm going to limit it for now.
Hopefully tonight after work I'll be spending some time with R again. She's up and down with some stuff. I'm probably going to distract her a little. Coffee might be in order....
