Roller coaster

We're riding it...it's crazy. We had a long talk last night and decided while we LOVED the property and R helped me see it better by having our bedroom in the lower level, as "mature" ladies who wake up in the night, climbing the stairs to go pee multiple times a night would not be a good thing.  We would wake up regularly and with the trouble of getting back to sleep would not be a good thing. We decided to withdraw the offer. It makes me sad but I hope something else will come along that will be exactly what we're looking for...

That is sensible, to find something more accessible.
