I was sitting in my office and a woman knocked on my door. The woman starts by saying "I've been watching you for a while now...." I got nervous about what she was going to say but she went on to say that she likes how I interact with the students and how I show them respect. My response was to say thank you but also to say I try to treat people how I would want to be treated.  I'm sure this mostly comes from the fact that I have to enforce the "quiet area" which I hate doing but it needs to be done. I also feel like I'm the only one that does it....
