A day of Yeahs!

The boy got his braces off finally! He's got to go back next week for his retainer. We also have to go to the other location because they couldn't fit us in on my open days. This is important to me because I don't have sick time or vacation time and if I don't work, I don't get paid. It should all work out though.

Yesterday I put in an application for a job. They have already called me back, I called them but they were unavailable. I hope they are able to call me before I go to work.

I'm slowly but surely starting my christmas shopping. I think I'll do some more on Saturday but I've got to figure out what I'm going to get. I've got to shop for my dad, sister and other assorted people including a few things for dear son. I did order him a bass guitar like he wanted. I had to call up his dad and tell him that's what I got him so that he doesn't buy the same thing. Now my sis indicated she'd like to help him out with lessons.

I want to nap but I sure don't want above mentioned job folks to call me if I'm sleeping. Of course, theirs plenty for me to do, like empty stuff...dishwasher, cat box, clothes washer, dryer...so many things to do and so little time.

I've got to remember to leave early enough for work to pick up a latte at Caribou, Thanks D from UST!

Darn it!

I'm getting a cold. I hate getting sick, I don't want to be sick. It's my own darn fault for not taking better care of myself (read as "...not getting enough sleep"). Oh well, what can you do? I just hope that I can get over it soon so I don't have to continue to be sick. Yeah, obviously I'm not thinking very clearly 'cause I'm repeating myself and talking in circles. Anyone want to go in circles with me?
