Busy...Busy...Busy
Aug. 5th, 2003 08:48 amWorking and working....I had planned to visit some church friends this weekend but it turns out that we had different dates planned. I was able to make arrangements and switch my 2nd job Saturday hours but A won't be able to come because due to a family reunion. Perhaps this will be best and it will be nice to have some adult time before schools starts again.
This will be okay though. I will be able to get my carpet ripped up this weekend and if the stupid installer person ever calls me back, schedule to install in next week. I'm so excited to replace the icky carpet that has probably been there since the house was built(1978) think sculpted multi-shades of brown. I also was able to get a good deal on the new stuff through http://www.jlrwholesaleco.com/.
Last night, I got dubya's early refund. I immediately deposited it in my bank account so I could have some cushion now that schools is ramping up. I've also got to pay car insurance and full time daycare until schools starts.
