one basically good kid(even if he drives me crazy) of 14 years

i like to party. i like, i like-- anyway. my favorite thing in the universe is travel, so i do it often. i like rollin' with the homies. i'm pretty much down for any unusual or risky entertainment, as i'm easily amused. i enjoy exercising, especially that of the agressive sort, like martial arts and boxing. i walk a ton because i'm training for the 3day again. i have very few sedentary activites, i guess, but i like to knit on airplanes.
10) Favorite types of music?
hiphop (esp local), dance, loud-or-aggressive rock of any sort, classic country, anything that can make me dance.
11) What are you really good at? What do you know a lot about?
I know a lot about lots of different things, but not huge amounts of everything. This allows me to BS a lot of people to think I know more than I do. I'm pretty good at coming up with a plan and figuring out a way to make it happen. I'm real good at getting to know someone very well so that I can tell when they are happy, sad, mad or .... I like to have adventures. I know how to live by myself really well. I'm really good at being humble(wishing I wasn't) Other people have told me I'm a good mother (I just tell them I only do what ever kid minimally should have).

Date: 2006-06-20 08:30 pm (UTC)1) Where do you live? Coon Frigging Rapids. I like the area, but I don't much like being so far from the city, or having to say I live in Coon Rapids.
2) How old are you? 31
3) Married, or otherwise attached? Nope. Determined to stay that way for a good while.
4) Kids? How many? How old? None
5) Pets? Sadly, none. I occasionally get the urge to get another cockatiel but my sister (and roommate) quickly beats that out of me.
6) Occupation? Officially, sysadmin. Unofficially (but far more time spent doing) technical writing.
7) Religious leanings? Christian-ish, I guess, if I had to say something. Mostly I just try to be a good person.
8) Political leanings? Pretty darn far left.
9) What do you do for fun? ride 4-wheelers, go skinny dipping (pretty much chunky dunking, really), read, drive until I get lost and find my way home.
10) Favorite types of music? Just about anything.
11) What are you really good at? Being funny. My job. Editing. Writing documents so dumbed down that they're idiot proof, without insulting the reader.
12) What makes YOU special? I have ridden in the Oscar Meyer Weiner-mobile, and I think we can all agree that made me the person I am today.

Date: 2006-06-21 12:31 am (UTC)Last summer, my friends and I spent much of our time up north swimming nekkid in a secluded iron pit.. the water was frigid but it was beautiful, and eagles routinely soared over our heads. Best memories!

Date: 2006-06-21 01:01 am (UTC)A couple of years ago a friend and I went "chunky dunking" but got too scared of the fishes biting so we jumped out and sat on the dock watching the northern lights and the milky way. BEAUTIFUL and wonderful!

9. I love to travel, but don't do it enough. On a daily basis, for fun? Nothing, really.
10. A little of everything. Right now, my CD case includes rap, reggae, R&B, '80s rock, '90s rock, and some "women's music."
11. I'm not "really good at" anything, but I get by.
