I think YEARS ago, I had a single bite of a ostrich burger(at a county fair), it was meh...  I'm not that into meat or really weird food. It was only after I browsed the list that others ate that caused me to remember.

Wild boar tastes awesome. It's like regular pork with the flavor turned up. They sell game meat burgers at Fudruckers now. They have Elk, Bison, Wild Boar and Ostrich burgers on the menu. The wild boar is really tasty though.

Hmm...I've tasted wild duck too but it was a little too rich for me.
