that's the way the cookie crumbles
Jun. 3rd, 2006 01:08 pmlast night I was ever so happy to be able to drive to P's with the boy to go to a drive in. I was surprised that the boy wanted to go with. We saw Over the Hedge and Mission Impossible III We got lots of snacks and sat outside or in the wagon. It was nice that after the first show lots of the families left (meaning little screaming kids) It's funny how when you don't have kids the screaming bothers you, when you have them they don't and when your kids grow up, they bother you again.
Her boy is having problems with his drains from his surgery and she's going to have to take him in to see the Doctor again. This was disappointing because I've been missing my girl. She hasn't been at the country house since Tuesday. Okay, I did see her on Wednesday and Friday but still...
The boy continues to drive me crazy because he's not cleaning up as he promised he would.
This also means that we might have to delay the trip to see the petroglyphs. We might try to catch them on the way out of MN for our trip.
I probably should call my sister and let her know I'm awake so I can help her with her plane reservations. Sometimes she drives me CRAZY.
I also want to go to the garage sale in the neighborhood for another couple in the area.
