zestfiveSo I've been busy with school, work and etc. Today at work a coworker who's been trying to get preg(including taking fertility drugs briefly) announced that she was preg ! I was so happy for her because her and her husband desperately want to have children and I believe she will be a wonderful mother. Her husband has been very attentive to her. I'm just ecstatic for her.
And then after a while I realized how sad I was about my memory of being preg. My former husband worked about 15 hours a week and was taking 9 credits in school while I worked a full time and part time job. It(the pregnancy) was unexpected and I was unable to fully be present because of the situation. Children are wonderful. I loved being a mom to a brand new baby. I loved being able to stay home. I don't think I'd want to do it again but it was a wonderful time.
