I've really been enjoying my time off. The time has just flew by....So far I've gotten A's dentist appointment done, mine scheduled, my annual exam scheduled. I've got my taxes (mine and Dad's) scheduled. I've got an interview for a perm job and one for a temporary job. I straightened up the bedroom and did a crap load of laundry. I made chix pot pie. I've gotten more paperwork for my Dad's stuff notarized. Returned overdue library book, checked out more library books, cleaned out the frig (gross!) I broke my paper shredder and bought a new one(and shredded a crapload of stuff that was backlogged). I transferred the title for the camper, yikes $300+. I've kinda given up on my broken laptop, it's going to cost over $200 when it's repaired but they're still waiting on the part. It'll get here when it does, in the mean time, I've taken over the desktop that P and I bought together. Normally I get really bad when I'm home alone for too long a time at once. This has been no problem. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. I've got plenty more to do tomorrow. P took the day off from work, I'm going to get ready for my retreat starting with dinner on Friday. I've picked up a bunch of books and etc. I had to reset my phone and lost all my phone numbers (including all my Dad's stuff phone numbers)I've been slowly trying to build those back up. I wish I saved them in paper somewhere. I met with a headhunter for a library job with a law firm, don't know if I want it or not since it's only temporary.
I was thinking about buying a costco membership but then I figured we'd just eat more than we already do and I'm trying not to do that. I must say that I'm pretty happy that since the begining of the year, I've limited the going out to eat more than I usually do. This makes me happy.
There's slow but sure movement for my bathroom downstairs. When that's close to being done, they'll move upstairs and I'll have to figure out what I'm going to be doing with the upstairs.
10 more weeks until I'm done working (and we leave for Disneyworld).
